利用規約 Terms of Use

本規約は、Alchemist Apps（apps.alchemist-magic.net。以下「当サイト」）が提供するすべてのアプリおよびページに適用されます。当サイトをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。

These terms apply to every app and page provided by Alchemist Apps (apps.alchemist-magic.net). By using the site, you agree to them.

現在提供しているアプリはすべて無料です。将来、有料のアプリを提供する場合は、そのアプリのページに税込価格を明示します。登録やアカウント作成は必要ありません。

All apps currently offered are free. If we release a paid app, its price (tax included) will be shown clearly on that app’s page. No sign-up or account is required.

当サイトのアプリが出す結果は、すべて概算・参考値です。計算の前提にも、外部から取得するデータの精度にも限界があります。たとえば為替レートを扱うアプリの場合、取得しているのは公表されている参考レートであり、実際にカード会社や銀行が適用するレートとは必ず異なります。

Everything our apps produce is an estimate. Both the assumptions behind a calculation and the data we fetch from outside have their limits. Where an app handles exchange rates, for instance, it uses a published reference rate — what your bank or card issuer actually applies will differ.

最終的な判断は、必ずご自身で明細等をご確認のうえ行ってください。計算結果を利用したことにより生じた損害について、当方は責任を負いません。

Always confirm the real figures on your own statements before acting. We accept no liability for losses arising from the use of these results.

また、当サイトが利用している外部のサービスやAPIが停止・変更された場合など、機能が予告なく使えなくなることがあります。

Features may also stop working without notice — for instance if an outside service or API that we rely on changes or shuts down.

当サイトのアプリは、入力内容をサーバーに保存しません。ブラウザ内に保存されるものも、閲覧データの削除や端末の変更で失われます。大切な記録の保管場所としては使わないでください。

Our apps do not store your input on any server. Anything kept in your browser is lost when you clear your browsing data or change devices. Please do not rely on this site to keep anything important.

• 不正アクセス、またはこれを試みる行為
• 当サイトのコンテンツを無断で複製し、再配布・販売する行為

• Anything that harms this site or a third party
• Placing excessive load on our server, including automated bulk access
• Unauthorised access, or attempts at it
• Copying our content for redistribution or resale without permission

保守、障害、その他の事情により、事前の通知なく当サイトの全部または一部の提供を中断・変更・終了することがあります。これにより生じた損害について、当方は責任を負いません。

We may suspend, change or discontinue all or part of this site without prior notice — for maintenance, failures, or any other reason. We accept no liability for losses arising from this.

当サイトのアプリ、文章、ロゴ、アイコンなどの著作権は当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。私的な利用の範囲を超えて複製・改変・再配布することはできません。

Copyright in the apps, text, logo and icons on this site belongs to us or to the respective rights holders. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them beyond personal use.

当サイトへの応援（Amazonギフトカード、PayPal、Buy Me a Coffee）は、何かの対価ではなく、任意のご厚意としてお受けするものです。お送りいただいても、追加の機能やサポートが提供されるわけではありません。その性質上、お送りいただいた後の返金には応じられません。

Tips sent through Amazon gift cards, PayPal or Buy Me a Coffee are voluntary gifts, not payment for anything. They do not unlock extra features or support. Because of this, they cannot be refunded once sent.

本規約は日本法に準拠します。当サイトに関して紛争が生じた場合は、千葉地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Chiba District Court as the court of first instance.

必要に応じて本規約を改定することがあります。改定後の規約は、このページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

ただし、継続的な契約（有料アプリの継続利用など）に影響する改定を行う場合は、適用開始日をあらかじめ定め、そのアプリのページに掲示したうえで行います。

We may revise these terms as needed. Revised terms take effect when posted on this page.

However, where a change affects an ongoing contract (such as a continuing paid subscription), we will set an effective date in advance and post it on that app’s page before it applies.
